We choose this altitude for the following reasons, essential for your experience:

• Above the Sea of Clouds: By positioning ourselves so high, we are above the cloud layer that frequently forms at lower altitudes. This is crucial for ensuring a clear sky.
• Minimal Atmospheric Interference: The air is cleaner at this height, minimizing turbulence and light/atmospheric pollution, allowing for maximum quality stargazing.

Important: Lower areas of the island do not offer the same conditions or visibility guarantee.

To fully enjoy the activity:

• Go Up on the Same Day: Take advantage of the day to drive up early and enjoy the spectacular sunset 🌅 from Roque de Los Muchachos.
• Acclimatization: Going for a short walk or drive in the area will help you acclimatize.
• Transport: The use of a personal vehicle is required at all times. Transport is NOT provided.
• Clothing & Food: Bring very warm clothing (temperatures drop significantly at altitude) and something to eat (picnic) and drink.
• Languages: The activity is usually conducted in Spanish and English.

CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS:

1.- By the Company: The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the activity due to weather conditions or force majeure:

• Sky Conditions: Heavy cloud cover preventing observation, intense haze (calima), high winds, or official weather alerts.

• Access: Closure of roads or access points to observation sites.

• Operations: Failure to reach the minimum group size required for the activity.

In these cases, you will be notified as soon as possible. You may choose:

1. Rescheduling for an alternative date (subject to availability).

2. Receiving a full 100% refund.

2.- By the Client:

• More than 48 hours notice: FREE CANCELLATION! 100% full refund.

• Date Changes: Free of charge up to 24 hours before (subject to availability).

• Between 48h and 24h notice: No refund, but a voucher valid for 1 year will be issued.

• Last 24 hours or "No Show": No changes or refunds allowed.
